Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop

 

In this course you will learn which is you prakurti or which element predominates in your body according to Ayurvedic philosophy. You will also learn how to cook food and spices, beverages and teas, and some medicinal plants, which are right for your body. This will help you to balance your dosha or body type making your body feel healthy. In addition, Kundalini Yoga is used in this course, by combining these two systems you achieve a complete body-mind-spirit experience for your well being.

 

 

Kundalini Yoga Course

 

This is a dynamic course where you will learn asanas (positions), pranyamas (breathing techniques), mudras (hand and finger gesture), bhandas (body locks), mantras (chanting), kriyas (sequence of postures), and meditation. Depending on the level of the course, we will use some or all of these techniques, providing your unique experience of this ancient technique.
